Welcome to the Sapphire Room at Crown Mansion, a fine dining experience lead by Chef Michelle Yasinski.

Open Wednesday through Sunday, at 5:00pm. The Sapphire Fine Dining Room has limited seating, and reservations are required. Walk-ins accommodated if room allows.

To book a reservation for The Sapphire Room, please call us directly between 9am – 5pm. Should you call after 5pm, we may not be able to get to the phone to answer the call as this is during dinner service hours. The Sapphire Room at Crown Mansion offers a rotating dessert menu, featuring favourites and fresh flavours according to the season.
