VI Regional Library

The Qualicum Beach library branch opened in 1937 and lived in several different locations through the years. The library branch has been at its current location in the Town Hall since 1997.

The Vancouver Island Regional Library (VIRL) is a public library system that serves communities across Vancouver Island, Haida Gwaii, and parts of the Central Coast in British Columbia. It provides access to books, digital resources, and community programs for more than 400,000 residents through dozens of local branches.
