It has been over 30 years since we started our tent and event rentals business here on Vancouver Island, and we have been serving customers from Port Hardy to Victoria ever since. There have been a lot of changes over the years but the one thing that remains constant is our commitment to helping you and yours celebrate the special occasions in life. Tents are our thing… and we take pride in doing it well!

From Victoria to Campbell River & Port Hardy, Black & White is your best source for Vancouver Island rentals…..tents, washroom trailers, tables, chairs, dishes and glassware for beautiful weddings and special events. We love our elegant new Tidewater Sailcloth tents which have been extremely popular as are the Jumbo Track models with clear or solid tops and the signature Marquees.

Until further notice, our showroom is open by appointment only. All orders must be delivered and cannot be picked up. To minimize handling and for health and safety, all orders for cutlery, china and glassware will be packaged and rented in bundles of 10 or 12.
