Coombs Fairgrounds Venue Rentals offers great indoor and outdoor space for hosting a wide range of events: weddings, family reunions, celebrations of life, music & stage performances, car & trade shows, equestrian events, workshops, meetings, and more! Our 10-acre property  is located in downtown Coombs. From small to large, cozy to rustic, there is space here, indoors and out, to suit your needs and desires. Our log Music Stage, built as a centennial project in 2013, is the perfect site for wedding vows, music shows, or awards ceremonies.  With barns, horse stalls and riding ring available, you can add horses and even carriages to  your special gathering. Arrowsmith Hall has a bright 2184-square-foot main room with high ceilings, a commercial kitchen, tables and chairs, washrooms, and easy access for caterers and rental suppliers. A side porch offers space for outdoor cooking. Our Academic Hall is 6000-square-feet, with a 418-square-foot Board Room with a wet bar, washrooms, and easy access for caterers and rental suppliers. Our newly renovated Heritage Hall is 560-square-feet, with high ceilings and beautiful old windows, washrooms, a wet bar, and easy access for caterers and rental suppliers. For a truly rustic event, our main barn is also available for outdoor festivities. There are several grassy areas for your choice of outdoor space for vows, cake cutting, and playtime! We have a  portable stage for indoor set-up only. Camping (no hook-ups) can also be part of your rental  package.
