About Us

Smiley Fitness Retreats brings women from all over the world to get back in shape adventurously in our beautiful town. As a destination company, we give back to the community by integrating favorite local businesses into our clients authentic travel experiences.

Trips that we operate in Oceanside are residential 27-day boot camps that include daily hiking, beach boot camp, personal training, lifestyle coaching and integrative athletic conditioning. We also do one day hiking and sightseeing tours for visiting conferences, elopements and private groups. These include private driver, personal photography, guided hiking and sightseeing.

Owned and operated by Cat Smiley, we’ve been in business locally since 2020, established 2001. In 2024, Cat was named Adventure Guide of the Year at the Canadian Business Awards, and Smiley Fitness Retreats awarded ‘Best Women-Owned SME.
